lets do some cookin

You will see I love to cook!  Today I'm doing a roast w/potatoes and onions and gonna throw in some carrots... Most my cooking comes from Mamaw... which you will hear lot's about in future post and Mama... my sweet mama!  I started cooking @ 15 YO and have made it a habit! 

Those ears of corn will be placed in the oven and then smoothered w/ creole seasoning... oh yum!

Dried lima beans are always around this house...Mike thinks beans are a must everynight... too bad he doesn't always get what he wants! 

Fried green tomatoes!  They are regulars around here cause of ME!   Just something about em!
